It has been a long time since I got excited about a mouse...[Ed. Digression: The first time I was travelling to camp with my mother. I was 8 years old and we had just checked into the Mackinac Island Grand Hotel. My mom was taking a shower while I watched TV. We've been playing Forza 3 for Xbox 360 non-stop since it arrived.  A full review will follow, but suffice it to say that this is a must have title, reason alone to buy an Xbox 360.  It earns all the superlatives:  innovative, entertaining, sparkling eye-candy, easy to pick-up and play, full of limitless customization for the hard core player. In a genre as oft-visited as racing, garnering these accolades requires real horsepower.

Note taking was was a problem that plagued my career as a student. "The five principle causes of the Civil War were..." would intone my professor. While I was writing I was also thinking about what was being said and invariably I'd end up with four of the five causes. If I had the Livescribe Pulse digital pen I wouldn't have had the problem. You see, as you take notes with your Pulse it is also digitally recording what is being said as an audio file.
